This Returns & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed on EMMA WEAR (https://emmawear.net).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return, items must meet the following requirements:

  1. Products must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  2. Items and packaging must be complete, including boxes, tags, and gifts

  3. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt

  4. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Items must remain in original condition

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer (unless due to product defects)


Refund Process

  2. Upon approval, we will provide the return shipping address

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days

  4. Refunds will be made to the original payment method

Note: Bank processing times may affect the actual refund date.


Quality Issues or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt

  • Provide photos or videos as proof

  • We will provide a free replacement or full refund


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer

  • For defective items or incorrect shipments, EMMA WEAR covers the shipping costs
